Community and Fitness Center

The Community and Fitness Center in the Town of Tabiona is a wonderful resource in such a rural part of Utah.  We offer residents of the area a chance to mingle with each other as well as an up-to-date fitness facility only blocks away from their home.  Membership opportunities are always open for a minimal fee.  As members of the Community and Fitness Center, you are required to follow rules and regulations that will help in maintaining a wonderful facility that will help provide opportunities for future generations to come.

Community and Fitness Center Membership Fees:

Monthly Fees:

Monthly Membership Fee (Individual): $12.00 per person

Monthly Additional Family Member Fee: $6.00 per person

Yearly Fees:

Yearly Membership Fee (Individual): $120.00 per person

Yearly Additional Family Member Fee: $60.00 per person

Senior Citizens:

Senior Citizens (age 65 or older) Monthly Fee: $9.00 per person

Senior Citizen (age 65 or older) Yearly Fee: $90.00 per person

Senior Citizen (age 65 or older) Spouse Fee: $45.00 per person

Card Replacement:

New Entry Card (Lost of stolen card): $10.00 per card

Guest Members:

Guest of Member Daily Fee: $5.00 per person (Guests are a onetime basis only.  More than two (2) days weekly they must pay the monthly rate of $12.00 or a yearly rate of $120.00)

Misc. Payment Fees:

Retuned Check Fee: $25.00 + monthly installment (must be paid before membership card is reactivated)

Membership dues are required to be paid by the 5th of each month, or by the date of your yearly membership anniversary date.
