Requests for Records Owned or Maintained by the Town of Tabiona

The Town of Tabiona Office responds to all requests for records made under the Utah Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA). 

Requests for records may be submitted several ways:

1. Complete an online GRAMA Request for Records
2. Print and complete the GRAMA Request form and submit via email to [email protected] 
3. Print and complete the GRAMA Request form and submit it via mail or in person to:
